Every Monday from 5pm, we welcome all our Women and Girls members to an exclusive hour of chess at the best venue in London, the Mindsports Centre. Attendees can join us to play, learn, and study chess in a safe and friendly environment.
Throughout the season, our experienced coach Tom Villiers (FIDE Candidate Master) will be providing coaching from 5:30pm, and players of all levels will benefit from his teachings.
The dates for these meetings will follow the school term and match the ones for Junior Hour, so all Girls are encouraged to participate in both. The all-age club night starts from 7:30pm, with various activities planned each Monday.
We would like to thank Tom, as well as other members such as Ana, Veronika and Sarah, who have contributed to setting up this space for women and girls.

The cost of attending this extra hour will be as follows:
For Women (age 18+) the yearly cost will be £80. This includes entrance
to this hour, full Hammer membership and attendance on both Thursday and
Monday nights if desired.
For Girls (age under 18) the yearly cost will be £50. This includes
entrance to this hour, full Hammer membership and attendance on both
Thursday and Monday. The extra payment for Junior Hour will remain £100.
